Dave:  Shut up!

Dave throws the papers on Tully's desk all over the place.

Dave:  You don't make a single move without me from now on!

Tully looks to the two men in Mexican Halloween costumes and says, "Boys, why don't you take Mr. Gabriel out for some fresh air and see if you can't get him calmed down?"

The two men dont budge.

Tully:  Did you hear what I said?

Dave laughs at Tully.

Dave:  Oh, they heard you.  They just dont care. You see, you thought they were with you?  Oh no, they were just keeping an eye on you like you had them watching me in the beginning.  They know who the boss is, and they like  having a job.  Something which you might want to think about.

Tully looks a little disturbed for a moment, but then regains his composure.

Tully:  You want to go with him?  Fine.  Could you send in the Don then?

Dave:  I wouldnt count on the Don for anything if I were you.  You see, the Don unfortunately did not make it back with me from the trip.  It seems that he just wouldn't come around to my way of thinking.  Something about being partners with you.  If he wasn't going to be with me, there wasn't any use of bringing him back.

Tully starts to look very concerned now.

Tully:  M.I. Smooth, Kurt Angle, they know who the real mastermind is.  We'll see about this.

Dave:  HAHAHAHA!!!  In case you haven't noticed genius, M.I. Smooth hasn't been around much of late.  He was disagreeable too.  And as far as Angle goes, well, I might give him a second chance, if he comes around.  But for now, he is on..."vacation".

Tully stand up and gets in Dave's face.

Tully:  You cant do that!  You know what will happen if I dont call the shots!

Dave:  You better sit down before I sit you down!  I can do this and I will do this.  What happens when you dont call the shots?  We get things done, that's what!  Now you remember what I said.  You do things MY way.  You dont make a move without me, and most of all, dont you EVER try to keep tabs on me again!  Come on boys, let's go, we have a mess to clean up!

Walker:  Fine, stay there but you will get nothing from this.  Grave Digger do you see this large object here by me?  Well I bet you want to know just what is under it.  Well let me show you...

Walker uncovers what he has brought out, its a coffin!

Walker:  And its made just for a man like you Grave Digger, its ironic that you will be buried and you are the Grave Digger, I wonder who will be the one to dig your grave?  That is not all though, there is also something else I want to show you.

Walker opens up the casket and pulls out a can of gasoline.
He immediately start pouring all the contents of the can covering the caskey from head to foot.
Then walker produces some matches and lights the whole pack.
He throws it onto the casket and instantly a brilliant blaze of fire shoots up towards the roof of the arena.

Over the top of him stands The over seven feet 320 pounder Seth, the power house looks down at
Diablo and stairs.
Seth then picks up Diablo and rolls him into the ring.
Seth sets up Diablo for a cradle Tombstone piledriver.
Seth hits it with thunderous force.
The ref however is still out.
The Rock throws Diablo into the turnbuckle.
The Rock is beating on Diablo in the corner.
Lita puts Diablo's wooden mace up on to the mat for Diablo.
Lita climbs up on to the apron to distract the ref.
Diablo grabs the mace as the Rock walks over to yell at Lita.
Diablo get ready to belt him in the head with it, but The Rock ducks and grabs it from Diablo.
Lita jumps off the mat and then the ref turns as the Rock shatters the mace over Diablo's head.
Hal Johnson calls for the bell, disqualifying the Rock.
The Rock gets angry with the ref, but contiues to kick Diablo as he is laying there in a puddle of his own blood.
The Rock picks him up and executes the Rock Bottom on Diablo.
Lita climbs the turnbuckle.
Lita goes for a flying head scissors but is coaught by Seth and powerbombed hard down to the ground.
Lita is out cold.
Seth turns around only to be confronted by the Rock.
HOE is written across the DIWFtron as Hell on Earth make their way to the ring to back up Diablo.
The lights go out a second time and in the ring remain Diablo, Lita and the Rock, who high tails his way out of the ring as an angry HOE makes their way to ring.

The winner by disqualification is Diablo. Time of match: 0:15:37
